Kidgard Seat Belt Guard is made from Impact resistant, UV stable, ABS compound similar to that which seat belts are made of.

It's patented " Sqeeze Sides and Pull" release feature makes it difficult for those small hands to open, while making it easily released by an older child or adult. Very important in an emergency.

Unlike other Seat Belt Locks, Kidgard Seat Belt Lock adhears to the Seat Belt Buckle with it's strong, specially selected two sided tape, so it stays atteched instead of getting lost.

Kidgard Seat Belt Lock has two pieces: The lid and the base. The lid can be removed so the child may responsibly choose to wear the seat belt, while the base is atteached to the bottom of the buckle full time.

If the child releases the seat belt, creating a hazard, the lid can easily be attached until the child learns proper seat belt usage. Kind of like the " penalty box" in Hockey.
